Permit and License Applications


In general, most applications will require a Site Plan AND/OR a Building Plan.  These documents help assist city staff in reviewing applications against city code requirements.  Please read the instructions provided, additional assistance on how to complete and provide documents can be given. Depending on the type of application, additional requirements may be needed and will be communicated to applicants as needed.

Failure to obtain city approval for required permits and licenses will constitute a code violation subject to fines and other forms of correction including, removal, revocation or civil prosecution.

1.) BUILDNG & DEMOLITION PERMITS: Garage/Sheds, Residential, Business, Industrial, Government, Decks, Patios, Fences, Pools, Personal Solar, Demolition.

2.) SPECIAL WORK PERMITS: Excavation, Utilities, Driveway, Culvert, Land Improvement, Other.

3.) SINAGE & FACADE PERMITS: Sings, Signage, Billboards, Facade, Awnings, Marquees.

4.) REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM APPLICATIONS: Demolition, Exterior Paint, Sidewalk Replacement, New Residential Tax Refund, Water and Sewer Service Connection

5.) ZONING APPLICATIONS: Certificate, Occupancy, Variance, Conditional Use, Amendment
