FAQ for Great River Trail Extension Feasibility RFP:
Q: When is the deadline to submit qualifications?
A: The deadline is December 27. Section 3.1 (RFQ Timeline) of the RFQ should supersede any conflicting dates in the document.
Q: Will just planning-level services be needed? Or will services like wetland delineation, floodplain studies, etc. be needed?
A: It is possible that some of these services will be included in the final scope. Please refer to sections 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 for more details on what kind of qualifications to submit.
Q: Do you have a budget range?
A: In order to follow federal and local qualifications-based selection requirements, no specific range of costs are being communicated at this time. Final cost and scope will be negotiated with the top-ranked submitter.
Q: Who will be administering the funds?
A: The City of Savanna
